JTransit helps you plan jeepney trips across Cebu City. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Routes, codes, and itineraries come from public data and community contributions. They can be outdated, incomplete, or wrong, and real-world service changes without notice. Use your judgment — confirm the route with the driver or signage before you board, and take care crossing roads while following walking directions.

Keep your account credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account. If you contribute route corrections or proposals, you grant us the right to use, edit, and publish them within the service. Don't submit content that is unlawful, misleading on purpose, or that you don't have the right to share.

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or probe it, no scraping at scale, no interfering with other people's use, and no using it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service, or ask us to delete your account, at any time.

JTransit is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service — including missed trips, wrong routes, or service downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes go to the competent courts of Cebu City.
